  • How do I purchase a garment online?
    Select the item, colour and size. Add it to your cart. Go to checkout and enter your details. Make payment via PayFast or EFT. Voila!You will receive a confirmation mail with your order and expected delivery date. We keep you in the loop regarding the process and delivery of your garment.
  • How long will it take before I receive my order?
    As we make each order on request, we will start cutting your item as soon as we receive the Proof of payment. You can expect delivery within 5 working days.
  • Where can I try on the collection?
    You are welcome to schedule a fitting in our studio either during opening hours or on a Saturday. We would love to show you around and enjoy having clients visit our studio. 
  • How do I find my size?
    Each style has a size guide. You compare your body measurements with the garments to find the perfect fit.
  • Do you have alteration costs?
    No, we offer free alterations and repairs. Should you prefer an item longer/shorter or with any alterations, please let us know as we cut each order on request.
  • Do you offer custom designs?
    Not at the moment. We are working on expanding the collection to include more staples.
  • What are the shipping costs?
    R99 for delivery in South Africa. We use The Courier Guy to get your parcel delivered to your door. They are very reliable and speedy with deliveries. Should you be based in Pretoria, you are welcome to collect your parcel from our studio.
  • What are my payment options for this item?
    You can either EFT,snapscan or use Payfast to make your payment. We also have card facilities in our studio.
  • How do I return or exchange an item that I bought?
    Should you not be happy with your purchase you are more than welcome to return your item(s) to our studio. The item needs to be unworn and in its original packaging. We require the parcel to be returned to our studio within 5 working days, at your own expense. Once we have received it in the same unused condition and packaging it was sent in, we can either refund you or issue you with a credit note to spend on the website.
    For purchases made from outside of South Africa, we unfortunately do not offer an exchange/ return for your item due to high courier costs.
